Der digitale Nachlass
Antonia Kutscher
Increasingly today, people tend to their private and business affairs online, but hardly give a thought about what will happen to their data in the event of death. Their legal successors have a justified interest in gaining access to the data of the deceased, but the terms and conditions of the providers often stipulate otherwise. The ensuing problems pertaining to inheritance law, property law, contract law, intellectual property rights, personality rights and last but not least data protection and telecommunications law are as multifarious as the actual data. All this is dealt with in this volume, also taking international aspects into consideration.
