Psychosomatische Schmerztherapie
Grundlagen, Diagnostik, Therapie und Begutachtung
Ulrich T Egle, Christoph Flückiger, Martin Grosse Holtforth, Burkhard Zentgraf
The authors describe the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, establishment of indications and successful treatment of chronic pain conditions that are not caused by tumours. The aim is to motivate psychotherapists to become involved in pain therapy and provide them with the skills they need to do this. The book is also a guide to the ‚Psychosomatic Pain Therapy‘ curriculum established by the German Association for Psychosomatic Medicine and Medical Psychotherapy (DGPM) in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Association for Psychosomatic Pain Therapy (IGPS).
