Today, Sun Yatsen is considered the father of the republic by both Taiwan, now the Republic of China, and the People’s Republic of China (Mainland). Both sides honor Sun Yatsen for his ideas and his work as interim president and later first president. He was the personality who wanted to unite all ideological currents in order to achieve a sovereign, peaceful and prosperous China.
How far he was actually involved in the circumstances that led to the founding of the first republic and how much he really changed or changed the direction of China and the consequences of his policy for the future are to be shown in this book.
