Das vorliegende Behandlungskonzept für chronische Insomnie bietet eine strukturierte nicht-pharmakologische Behandlungsmöglichkeit basierend auf kognitiver Verhaltenstherapie für Insomnie (KVT-I) und hypnotherapeutischen Elementen für Insomnie (HT-I) für Patienten, die unter einer Insomnie leiden, dabei werden auch Komorbiditäten betrachtet.
