Zur Neuauflage
Durch das Gesetz zur Reform des Bauvertragsrechts und zur Änderung der kaufrechtlichen Mängelhaftung wurde das Bauvertragsrecht umfassend überarbeitet. Hierdurch soll für mehr Verbraucherschutz gesorgt werden.
Ferner wurden aktuell berücksichtigt: EuGH-Urteil vom 4.7.2019 (C-377/17) zur Europarechtswidrigkeit der Mindest- und Höchstsätze der HOAI und das BGH-Urteil vom 8.8.2019 (VII ZR 34/18) zur Berechnung der Nachtragsvergütung bei § 2 VOB/B.)
Des Weiteren sind in der dritten Auflage die Vertragsmuster an die neuen FIDIC-Regeln angepasst und ergänzt (Rainbow Suite 2017) sowie ein neues Kapitel zu den BIM Vertragsbedingungen eingefügt worden
