The high risk of undergoing a business cooperation and lose a lot of money with the project of joint cooperation of various companies is is proved by numerous unsuccessful cases. The success of a business co-operation is not only subject to complex economic and legal situation, but depends also on the willingness to work together to facilitate cohesion and consensus, which it is difficult to regulate contractually or protect by incentives. Despite knowing about these hopes and fears these subjects are kept out of the due diligence, officers, employees or customers are not included in advance, the communication of the decision is avoided and moved to the integration process.
