Alter Tanz
Alter Tanz für zwei Klaviere (1992)
Anastasios Karamanlis
„Alter Tanz für zwei Klaviere” was written one year after the “Sonatina” and is almost my last composition. The title meaning „Old Dance“ reveals what it is about, thus a composition that is very reminiscent of old music, but has elements that did not exist at the time. These are the rhythmic changes and the unusual dissonances for that time.
Like in old music scores, there are no „Legato“ signs here either.
The score was written with Notator for Atari ST and printed with HP Deskjet Plus.
