Teenagers and older children are frequently affected by mental health problems. During the pandemic, in addition to general mental stress, the proportion of problematic use of online media increased massively. Prevention and health promotion in school should have a supporting effect – yet the sustainability of measures is still poorly understood. This book documents the results of a regional research project: the extent and manifestations of mental stress, the attitudes of students, parents and teachers, and the prospects for sustainable prevention.
